Happy Welch Appointed To SMTD Board of Trustees

Stateline Mass Transit District welcomes Happy Welch to it’s Board of Trustees representing the Village of Rockton. Happy was appointed to serve as SMTD Trustee at the March 16, 2026 Rockton Village Board meeting. In addition to SMTD Trustee, Happy serves as the Rockton Village Administrator.  WELCOME, HAPPY WELCH!
