Program of Projects 2026

The Stateline Mass Transit District (SMTD) wishes to announce its Program of Projects as a requirement in applying for Federal funds for Fiscal Year 2026.

The Stateline Mass Transit District will apply for Operating funds of $761,532.00 under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The total amount of Section 5307 funds requested by SMTD is $761,532.00.

SMTD will accept written views, request for public hearings, exhibits, and all other pertinent information until June 30, 2025. Comments may also be submitted at State Line Area Transportation Study (SLATS) Meetings. Specific dates and locations of these meetings can be obtained by calling the SLATS office at (608) 364-6702. Barring significant comments or changes, this Program will be considered FINAL and SMTD will proceed toward grant implementation.
