SMTD Providing FREE Shuttle Service at 2026 Old Settlers Days

SMTD once again will provide a FREE park and ride shuttle service at the 2026 Old Settlers Days at Settlers Park in Rockton, IL on June 18-21. This annual summer festival draws thousands of attendees.

Every year, SMTD provides a free shuttle service to the festival gates from the parking lot at Hononegah High School. The shuttle service is ideal for visitors who are unable to park close to the festival grounds.

“Attendees can take advantage of no-hassle, free parking at the Hononegah High School parking lot and enjoy SMTD’s free shuttle bus to and from the festival gate,” says Sharon Hecox, SMTD Executive Director. “The shuttle is handicapped accessible and buses are air conditioned. Rain or shine, SMTD is here to get everyone there.”

Old Settlers Days shuttle times are:
Thursday, June 12: 4:00 -11:00 p.m.
Friday, June 13: 4:00 -11:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 14: 1:00 -11:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 15: 12:00 -11:00 p.m.
